UPVC PIPES
uPVC pipes is the second major product of Kawsar Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. Kawsar Engineering started its regular production of unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) Pressure and non pressure pipe system for cold potable water and other industrial uses in March 2004. It is one of the best uPVC Pipe manufacturing Unit.
A well equipped laboratory is busy round the clock to control the quality of pipe at each stage of its production. Our activity extends in providing:
- UPVC Pressure and Non Pressure Pipe System for cold Potable water.
- Duct system for telephone and power cables.
- Tube well/Agriculture irrigation purpose.
- Electrical Conduits, Drainage and Sewer system.
- Casing of Tube wells.

Sometimes it was not possible for us to find a reliable pipe so along with this we have established our own unit on three acres of vast area with imported machineries with the help of Allah Ta'ala we are manufacturing with the best reliable quality of PVC Pipes,

Application of UPVC Pipes
1) Water Supply:-
Kawsar uPVC Pipe are the best for water supply scheme, such us water supply distribution net work, main line, casing for tube work &raising main for hand pump.
2) Chemical Industries:-
Kawsar uPVC is very good for transporting of Chloride acid & other chemicals.
3)- Ventilation:-
Kawsar uPVC are best for ventilation & disposing corrosive gases.
4) Sewer Systems:-
Kawsar uPVC pipe of Large diameter can be used for sewer system.
5) Cable Conduits:-
Kawsar uPVC pipe are most suitable as electrical conduits.
6) Agriculture:-
Kawsar uPVC pipe are very suitable for agriculture purposes such as for irrigation sprinkling pip for farm land & other purposes.
7) Crude oil Lines:-
Kawsar uPVC pipe resist corruption, the deposit build up process is also difficult which result the low friction rate and thus making Kawsar uPVC pipe the most suitable for the crude oil line.
General Characteristics of UPVC Pipes
1)- CHEMICAL RESISTANCE :-
Kawsar uPVC Pipe is chemically resistance to most of the acids, Alkalis and Halogens. Therefore in these areas these pipes can be used without any risk.
2)- LIGHTNESS :-
Kawsar uPVC is about five times lighter in weight as compared to cost iron pipes. Which enhances its economy in transportation and installation Charges.
3)- BURRIED INSTALLATION:-
Kawsar uPVC pipe can be used underground and buried in cement concrete or plaster.
4). RESISTANCE TO CORROSION :-
Kawsar pipe is highly resistant to corrosion and can be used safely in the presence of acids, chemicals and soil dampness.
5)- MOISTURE RESISTANCE :-
Kawsar pipe shows sufficient resistance to moisture, thus avoiding condensation.
6)- TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE :-
Kawsar Pressure pipe are highly non conductive slow up water and liquid freezing. Therefore they can be used without any risk regarding temperature.
7)- NON TOXIC :-
Kawsar pipes are non toxic causing no toxicity to water flowing through it thus the pipe helps to fulfill the basic needs of imparting clean and hygienic water.
8) - ECONOMICAL IN PRICE :-
Kawsar pipes are most economical substitute of steel and cost iron pipes. They can easily be joined with other pipe. Therefore distribution and transportation is convenient.
9) - NON FLAMMABLE:-
Kawsar uPVC pipe is self-extinguishing and does not support combustion.
Besides this Kawsar uPVC pipe allows maximum possible flow rate and maximum frictional losses due to smooth bore and thus it prevents biological growth of algae, bacteria and other micro organisms.
10) - EASY TO BE BEND :-
KAWSAR uPVC pressure pipe provides most easy manufacturing, enlargement, pressing, bending etc.

The maximum admissible service pressures are calculated from known data on the basis of a life of atleast 50 years of continuous operation and a safety factor greater than 2.

WEIGHT
